The name of the Lagoon best describes the lagoon itself. The lagoon is so blue it can be compared to the Listerine mouthwash. The view of the lake alone will take your breath away. The lake is said to be that blue because of the iron quarry nearby that caused a chemical reaction thus turning the water bright blue. It takes about 10 minutes to hike up to see the lake. It isn’t a tough trail so it can be seen by many people without strenuous hiking. Do make sure to take plenty of pictures here because this is said to be one of Johor Bahru’s hidden gems.
